Перемежитель, обеспечивающий перестановку соседних битов входной последовательности. Он распределяет их по разным блокам на “глубину”, равную размеру блока. Операция блочного перемежения не вносит избыточности, сохраняя одинаковыми скорости входного и выходного потоков.
